Inspiration & concept

The Qualibroker project is based on in-depth reflection on new ways of working and the need to make office spaces immediately understandable, intuitive, and pleasant to work in.

The main challenge was to design an environment capable of:

• clearly structure functions (work, meetings, relaxation),

• encourage discussion while maintaining focus,

• translate the company's identity through interior architecture.

The concept is based on a fluid interpretation of spaces, reinforced by signage integrated into the architecture:

• clear visual cues (open space, meeting, relaxation),

• strong graphic codes,

• a spatial layout designed to naturally guide movement.

Ambiance & materials

The layout prioritizes an atmosphere that is professional, contemporary, and calming—essential in a demanding work environment.

• A color palette dominated by shades of blue, echoing Qualibroker's visual identity, conveying seriousness, stability, and brand consistency.

• Ergonomic office furniture promoting comfort and flexibility in the workplace,

• Glass and modular partitions that preserve natural light while structuring spaces,

• Integrated acoustic treatment to ensure acoustic comfort in collaborative areas and open spaces,

• The presence of plants to humanize spaces and improve employee well-being.

Light & perception of spaces

Particular attention was paid to the lighting design, a key element of the project:

• suspended light fixtures and linear lighting to structure spaces,

• light conceived as a tool for prioritizing spaces,

• lighting suitable for different uses (work, meetings, circulation).

Lighting plays a key role in the clarity of the project and the quality of life at work.

Results

The Qualibroker project aims to create a working environment consistent with the ambitions of an international company:

• clear, legible, and functional offices,

• a work environment that promotes collaboration, concentration, and well-being,

• interior architecture that supports the company's brand image and performance,

• an evolving office design, capable of adapting to future needs.
