"Key To Forever" Event

A design conceived as a transition to a new chapter.

Location: Moulin du Creux, Begnins, Switzerland

Year: 2026

Type: Wedding – Event Design

Scope of Work: Design and execution of floral and event decor, space design, creation of centerpieces, signage, and overall ambiance.

Context

The bride and groom wanted an elegant and timeless decor that would stand the test of time without following any particular trend.

The goal of the project was to create a warm and elegant atmosphere, where every detail enhances the emotion of the day without ever overshadowing it.

The concept naturally revolved around a powerful symbol: the key, which serves as the central theme of the entire exhibition design and inspired the project’s name.

Approach & design

Every decorative element was designed to reflect the couple’s story.

The design was developed using a limited color palette to ensure visual consistency throughout the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception.

A symbolic thread

The antique keys accompanied the guests throughout the day.

Used for the seating chart, they add a poetic touch to the project and evoke the idea of a new chapter beginning.

More than just a decorative element, they have become a symbol of marriage itself.

A soft, timeless color palette

Interior design is based on a balance between:

  • sage green;
  • ivory white;
  • natural wood;
  • antique brass accents.

These colors create a soothing atmosphere while allowing the building’s architecture and natural light to take center stage.

A layering technique

The flowers, textiles, ribbons, and stationery items were conceived as different layers of the same story.

No single element dominates the whole.

Every detail contributes to a harmonious composition in which the materials interact with one another in a simple, understated way.

Ambiance & materials

The project is based on a deliberately limited selection of materials and colors:

  • white roses for their timeless elegance;
  • eucalyptus for its fresh, herbal scent;
  • linen and natural fabrics for their softness;
  • raw wood for its authenticity;
  • antique brass for its warm glow and subtle sheen.

This combination creates a delicate, bright, and warm atmosphere, where the decor seems as though it has always belonged there.

Results

"The Key to Forever" exemplifies an approach to event design in which every element serves a purpose.

Thanks to a cohesive color palette and meticulous attention to detail:

  • The set design naturally complements the different moments of the day;
  • the spaces retain their authenticity while gaining character;
  • flowers and fabrics create a subtle yet distinct theme;
  • Together, these elements create an elegant, timeless, and deeply personal atmosphere.

Decorations designed to be admired on the wedding day, but above all to remain beautiful in memories for years to come.
